Bumps on hands

Before I started working for the carnival I didn't have this little bumps that form on my hands. I get these little bumps on my thumbs and in between my fingers on the webbings. And sometimes at the creases where your hand attaches to your fingers. I did a lot of work where my hands got really dirty, but I never pinched anything. And I recently moved from the suburbs to country. I just started getting these bumps after the carnival season ended. There's a lot of dust where I live and we're out in the country. The bumps are really tiny and when I try to pop them clear liquid comes out. And I can keep squeezing them but only a little blood comes out and the rest is clear. After I pop them the first time they hurt. Sometimes even when not popped they hurt. After they go away they scar over and get really dry. Most come back in the same spot. Does anybody have a clue what this could be? My dad thinks I got myself a virus of some sort. But I hope it's nothing major.

Hello,
From your symptoms dyshidrotic eczema and pompholyx needs to be ruled out. It is characterized by a sudden onset of many deep-seated pruritic, clear vesicles which itch and then peel off. As a result the skin may also fissure.
My sincere advice is to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Hi Babes, I've had exactly the same things on both my hands, didn't know how i'd got these lumps because i was bed ridden for 4months and this is when they arrived, so i hadn't touched anything unusual, my bedding had been wash in the same detergent. My GP came to see me and said it was like an eczema, he perscribed me Daktacort cream, a very mild steroid cream which cleared the lumps but left my hand very dry, he then perscribed E45 cream which i use daily, and i have never suffered with them again, I thought it was like heat lumps, but whatever it was the cream worked and the E45 as continued to keep myself clear from them. the way you have discribed the lumbs they exactly like what i had. Do hope i've helped, E45 cream is magnificent when using for lots of different skin complaints.
