Bumps on labia (pic included)

Hi, I've had these bumps on my genital area for a few years I think. The bumps are on my labia majora and on the outer edges of labia minora. They do not itch or anything, just look like they are clogged with pus or some kind of skin growth depending on the lighting, but they have multiplied over the years. I have been to a gynecologist once (for other reasons) and he said nothing about them, which makes me wonder if he even saw them because I have to stretch my skin a little bit to see the bumps. I'm a virgin and have done nothing sexual, but I have cold sores since childhood that I got from my parents, but I doubt it has spread to my genitals. I have been diagnosed with atopic skin and have eczema from time to time on other parts of my body. Thank you for your time and help in advance!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
There can be many possibilities for such bumps. It can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Okay, I don't know what happened to the attached pic, but I uploaded it again but on my profile. I'm sorry if it seemed to graphic, but I thought it showed pretty well the bumps I was concerned about and it is hard to take good pictures from that area.
