Bumps on legs

I have this bump on my leg, could you tell me what it's from? Or should I bust it or what?

Thanks for your help. I ended up going to the Walgreens take care clinic because I had another sore on the other leg that bust and was very painful. They were very helpful there by bursting and cleaning both of them and prescribing meds.

Hello,
From the picture it looks like a superficial blister or contact dermatitis.Apply calamine lotion on this blister and if it bursts spontaneously then keep the area clean and apply Neosporin cream after cleaning with antiseptics.Pls do not burst it on your own.

In case the symptoms persist then pls consult a dermatologist.
