Bumps on outer labias?

Ok, so I shave frequently down there near my vagina.
Well, a couple days ago I shaved closer to my opening then I have before.
Later on I felt a bump near there on my outer labia majora, it hurt.
The next day when I was peeing it burned very badly and I saw a few more bumps and it itched very badly.
Today it's still painful to urinate, but as bad, and there are a few more bumps on my shaved areas.
I also now have a clear, slight whitish discharge, but I've had discharges before so idk if it's a sign or anything.
I am sexually active, but I do use condoms.
I really need an answer, I am scared. It hurts to walk and it feels sore down there (like after having rigorous sex)
