Bumps on outside of elbows and inside knees
I have been walking 5 miles a day for over 1 year now. I live in a hot climite area, and walk in shorts and sleveless top. abour a year ago, I developed a rash, more like bumps, on the outside of my elbows, and inside of my knees. They do not itch. If I put my elbow on the table, sometimes the bumps may hurt. I have tried a psoriasis cream directed by my Dr. No help. any ideas? Can this be from walking? I did have blood drawn and those tests were negative.
