Bumps on palms of hand and bottom of feet

I have the small clear bumps on my hands and bottoms of my feet. When in water, they are more noticable. I've asked a Dr. and he said maybe I should see a Determatologist. What are they and how do you get rid of them?

Cherio and podo pompholyx are caused by sweat gland obstruction, nickel sensitization or fungus elsewhere. Not a seroius problem but do consult your dermatologist.
