Bumps on penis/scarring...

Please help.  i have had small bumps on the lower shaft of my penis and sac for about a year now.  they appear from everything i read to be Sebaceous sacs.  some are larger than others.  some of the smaller ones, when squeezed, a small amount of white puss will come out.  on the larger ones when pressing down gently with my fingertip, i can feel a hardness under the skin.  unfortuneatly i made the error of attempting to squeeze these as well.  the result was that a harder white puss came out, but also as a result, i damaged the skin to the point of it scabbing up.  now, that the scab is gone, the area looks worse than before.  it looks like the sabaceous sac that was squeezed came back as a larger bump underneith the skin, and it appears as if there is scarring in the areas that i squeezed.  the scarring does not look good.  it is now very embarrassing to even look at.  will this scarring ever go away and is there any procedure to reduce or repair it?  finally, who would i even go to see about it?

If you leavr these alone, they will return to what they were.  You are much better off not treating these, and learning not to be embarrassed when you are normal.

A dermatologist is the kind of doctor to see.  If the systs are large enough, a skin doctor can burn them off, though again, I doubt that is warranted.

yea i've had teh same bumps but they are growing. what do i do?

For several weeks my boyfriend has had what appears to be a pimple like inflammation at the upper part of the shaft of his penis just at the pubic hair line.  He has in the past shaved/trimmed the hair in that area.  Recently he decided to squeeze the "pimple" and blood came out with what he thinks he recalls as a hair, that I perceive to be a the culprit here.  The area is still red and inflammed two days later and he is very concerned.  He was diagnosed with HPV several months ago, but the two do not seem connected because to date he has only been treated to a few small warts.  I am almost certain that this is your run-of-the-mill "zit" as a result of an ingrown hair and the infection that followed.  Is it possible that a pimple would hang around so long (a month or so) in that area?  Are pimples in that area signs of Herpes? PLease let us know so that we can rest safe and sound.  He did show this to a dermatologist that shrugged it off as nothing to worry about now.  But this was in the course of a visit for a different reason and possibly the doctor didn't look closely enough to make such a judgement.  What is your professional opinion?

I have just noticed this thing on one of my testicles after surfing the sea. It looks like a boil but the head of it is black and really hard. Ive tried pulling it out with clippers but it wont come out, its embedded in.What is it?
