Bumps on penis

I have small bumps on my penis which i have just noticed 5 days ago
I have had sex only once and it was about 2-3 months ago with protection though the condom did fall off for less than second when i went in and then i put it back on at one point of time
I am concerned that ti may be genital herpes but i am not sure
i have been driving my self crazy thinking about what it is
the bumps do seem to be getting better
One thing i am ashamed to add is that i masturbate quite a bit sometimes 3-5 times a day
i do not have a lot of the symptoms that they state
though i do have a head ache, which i think can be from thinking about this so much,
though there is an itch in pubic hair area above the shaft but it is on and off

Hello,
White small bumps on root of hair can be due to folliculitis or Fordyce spots. Fordyce spots are small, painless, raised, pale or white spots or bumps 1 to 3 mm in diameter that may appear on the shaft of the penis. The spots are a form of ectopic sebaceous gland, and are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Hello,
It can be clogged pores and irritated hair follicles. Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

Its been almost a month now and the bumps are still there
i got an std work up done results will come in about a week
I was told by someone that these do not sound like std symptoms
I feel like most of symptoms are phycological
I heard it could be pauples
Wondering if that would cause white spots on the penis
yeah i saw a doctor he said it didnt look like anything was there but i feel like he may have rushed it but i do see bumps
also in my pubic area where the hair is coming out of there are white spots
very small but still noticable
as time progresses i feel like it is not an std
its just that the stress sometimes gets to much and i sometimes convince myself i have an std i thought i had herpes in the begining, then hiv, then herpes, then hiv, then hpv, then herpes again
but im pretty sure its not any of these i have compared with pictures dont look like it
so i think i am ok

Hello,
Pimples like bumps on the penis can be a normal physiological change in teenagers or due to blocked hair follicle, oil glands, lympohocoel, sebaceous cyst, sexually transmitted diseases etc. Maintain good genital hygiene by cleaning with soap and water, don’t try to squeeze the pimple. Applying ice would reduce redness, pain or swelling. See a dermatologist if problem persists for more than 1-2 weeks.

I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
