Bumps on penis

Hi. I went swimming the other day and a day later developed a rash of 5 itcy blisters on my penis shaft. They grew bigger and watery the next day. I have recently shaved my penis shaft. Would the blisters be a result of pollutants in swiming pool entering raw area of shaft?

If the bumps are itchy and you are having them on penis then the possibility of scabies is important to be ruled out. It is an infestation of the skin with the Sarcoptes scabiei mite. It is characterized by intense itching, usually at night and by small insect-type bites lesions on the skin. Diagnosis of scabies is made by scraping the skin and viewing the material under a microscope to see the characteristic mite or eggs.
