Bumps on shaft of penis

Hello, i'm 15 years old and have been masturbating since i was 11. For the past couple of months, there have been bumps on the bottom of my penis. when you applie pressure on them, they kinda pop like a pimple. What is this, and how can i get it to go away?

This could be due to infection of the hair follicles at the base of the shaft, called folliculitis or it could even be a case of acne.

Usually all skin infections like boils are caused by the Staphylococcus bacteria.Hair follicles become red and irritated, and pus-filled lesions form. Folliculitis can clear up by itself in a matter of a couple of weeks or become more persistent and thus require treatment.

An early sign of folliculitis is a small white or yellow pus-filled lesion (pustule) on a red, inflamed follicle.
Mild cases of folliculitis are treated with antiseptic washes combined with  antibiotics like Mupirocin applied on the areas affected. This should be sufficient to cause a resolution.

In more persistent cases oral antibiotics maybe required.
