Bumps on the back of my head

I have a bump on my head. But now it has been spreading to every part of my head on the back, i have tried various method to cure it. No solution has worked so far. It is getting embarrassing because i am ashamed to cut my hair because i know it will obvious and might be irritating to anyone sitting behind me. What will be the best solution for this cure. I have attached a picture to express the condition of my bumps.
