Bumps

I have had a sore on my lip which turned into a cold sore, it took about 2 weeks to heal. I tried Aleev, Abreva almost everything to get rid of it. Now I have little red bumps on the other corner of my lip and it looks swollen. Can this spread? If so how can i get red of it? Also does things you eat cause cold sores?

These small bumps can be due to irritated or infected hair follicles near the lip. Please keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then consult a dermatologist  and get it examined.
