Burn or worse

Chain of events has me concerned: About 2 weeks ago i noticed what looked like a large pimple on my inner thigh. From what I could tell it looked like an ingrown hair. So I poped it to releave the preasure and ty and get the hair. It hardened and scabbed over. Several days later I had unprotected sex for the first time since my x-wife. Right before sex I believe I got a friction burn on the underside of my penis (Didn't notice at the time). Almost imediately after sex i noticed a painfull burn and a large swelling around the injured area. The injury then started to ooze puss (yellowish) and hasn't stoped since. It has been about 8 days and it seems to be getting a better but it is still tender and moist. I'm not sure if a friction burn would act in this manner or if I could have contracted something. Last night the skin over the ingrown hair came off. Underneath is a yellowish scab with very tender red skin around it. Both these sores look very similar and appeard alarmingly close together in time.            Any Thoughts

I doubt that you contracted anything, but the friction may have contributed to a local skin infection which might need antibiotics.  I would suggest you contact a walk-in clinic or family physician to look at this and treat it.  I'm sure it will heal up fine.
