Burning Rash around Anus?

For the past five days, I have been experiencing a very painful rash around my anus with a burning sensation when I urinate.  It hurts even when I sit down or walk. There seem to be bumps around the area as well. The night before it broke out, I had tried horseradish (which I heard can cause burning down there) for the first time and experienced strange light-colored lumps in my stool, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.  I am sexually active but I've been with the same person for over a year and neither of us have ever experienced anything like this before so I'm not sure if it could be an STD or anything like that. Please help!

It can be due to friction rub or chafing and the burning in micturition can be due to urinary tract infection or cystitis. Abstain from intercourse for a few days,take plenty of fluids and take some OTC analgesics like ibuprofen or diclofenac. Also take pyridium for 2-3 days(it stains the urine orange) and sit in warm non soapy water. Also consult a doctor for antibiotics prescription if the symptoms persist.In future also, urinate immediately after intercourse to flush out the bacteria and ask your partner to indulge in plenty of foreplay or use lubricant jellies.
