C shaped raised rashes and red bumps. ringworm? anyone know what I got?
This is a two part question...
Firstly, I get these small raised patches of skin on mainly my arms. But have seen them on my legs, and more rarely the top of my foot and my buttcheek. They are all ~1 millimeter in diameter (so quite small). They consist of raised red skin inside the circle. On the outside there is a more defined red boarder in the shape of a 'C' or horseshoe. While the whole thing is a circle, but raised boarder doesn't go all the way around. It does get dry, and flaky looking if I'm not moisturizing. Slightly itchy.
Secondly, one night I noticed I was unconsciously itching my stomach, which was weird because I don't usually get rashes on my stomach. I checked it out, and sure enough there were were small red bumps on both sides of my stomach. Like goosebumps. Over time this has kept being itchy, and seems to have expanded to a slightly larger area. It has a more rash like appearance now rather than just red bumps. And even those C shaped rashes that I talked about earlier are amongst it.
So anyone know what the bumps or C shaped rashes could be? From a young age docs said I had eczema, I've always had pretty dry skin. I got the stomach rash a day after jiu jitsu practice. Not sure if it was the cause or coincidence. I definitely shouldn't be practicing if the C shaped rashes are ringworm, for the past couple years when I got these I thought they were just some skin issue I had that couldn't be spread. I can remember getting them as a kid. Not sure if I should be putting antifungal, antibacterial, or just trying to keep it at bay products that have worked for me.
I should see a derm, but thought I'd ask here first.

hi from the image i have the exact same thing just on my ribs around my belly button i taught myself i had ring worm but my mum said it is not. I have 1 or 2 that would be circle shaped but the rest are c shaped or just jagged kinda ones i also did notice 2 weeks ago what looked like a burn mark on my neck but its not ? and then 4 days ago i noticed on my left palm just under the ring finger 4-5 tiny hard pimple like lumps and the weekend i had a bad flu and now today my arms and legs are aching as if i had run for miles or done weight lifting cleary not oh mine are not itchy at all ! Did you go the doc and find out what this is ?
