COLD SORE!

Okay I've had a cold sore for about 4 weeks now. It doesn't hurt, it's healing I think. But it's taking a long time to do so. As of now it's a small raised bump on my upper lip and it's a bit red, but it isn't super noticable. It kind of looks like part of my lip. But I would love some advice or information on how to get rid of it completely. I've tried tons of things like Lysine, Camphophenique, ice, salt, warm/ hot saltwater, Abreva... that was earlier in the infection. But now I don't know what to do to make it fully disappear. Help!?!
