CRATER LIKE INDENT ON RIGHT SIDE OF PENIS HEAD..HELP!!!

i am 15 years old and about a week or s oafter having oral sex with a girl i have noticed a slight indent in the right side of my penis head..it is about a centimeter in diamator...it dosnt hurt and sting.its just there..you can definitly see it..it looks like it has gotten a little worse but im not sure..it may or may not have anything to do with the oral sex at all but i just noticed it after i had it...INDENTATION..ABOUT A CENTIMETER IN DIAMATOR...RIGHT SIDE OF PENIS HEAD...HELP!!!
