Can I remove moles from that area at home?

I have many moles (not raised) in a particular area in my body that it is dificult to talk about... I have about 6 moles on my penis. I have 4 of them for as long as I remember and 2 of them were created last year. I want them removed at all cost, because they ruin my confidence and self-esteem. The thing is that I am kinda shy to talk about this and I want to avoid seeing any doctor (not only because I am shy but the cost for the removal is high too).
Furthermore, I heared of a particular product which is widely used these days for mole removal at home. It is called "Dermatend". And my question to you is: Can I use this product at home at this particular area in my body to remove my moles or is the product not safe and not suitable for this area (and problem)?

I forgot to mention that I am not sexual active. Moreover, I don't ever feel any pain or irritation from these moles and most of them are located at the bottom (-mid) of my penis. (I mean, not at the far-edge, which I don't know how this area is called in English, but at the rest of my penis, in which my skin has the same colour as the rest of my body.) I don't remember also seeing any of them bleeding ever but I have seen (noticed) that some of them became darker as the years passed by until they stabilized in a final dark colour some years ago. Finally, I didn't notice any change in size and shape except one small mole which appeared last year and has stabilized a few months ago. I am also 19 years old.
