Can anyone diagnosis this pic

I have not had sex in awhile but remember about a month ago shaving I cut myself probably using a bad razor. Its been about a month and if you look at my pics you can see what the results are. I have been sexually active in the past, but this marks do Not itch, burn, or sting. I tried to pop one (not a good idea) there is no puss or liquid inside which rules out herpes. I guess my question is what is this? Can i use some type of ointment to help with the healing process? Also I hope it is  not an STD just worry because its been a month and im not sure how long this takes to heal? Any suggestions?

From your symptoms molluscum contagiosum needs to be ruled out. In adults, molluscum infections are often sexually transmitted and can transmit from one site to other skin sites by aoutoinocultaion. Treatment includes physical destruction or manual extrusion of the lesions, cryotherapy, and curettage.

It does not look like herpes. Herpes presents as sore blisters which scab over. Warts is one possibility which can present this way. To confirm the diagnosis, I suggest you to get an evaluation done from a dermatologist.
