Can this be a cold sore or something else?

I woke up one morning and drool was coming out of the right side of my mouth. I wiped it and quickly dry, but then it got itchy so i scratched it and licked it. Soon it became more irritated and formed into blisters which i think i saw clear fluid in them too. It didn't affect no where else on my face but the right corner of my mouth where i drooled. I had no idea what it was at that time and just went to masterbate. I possibly torn up some skin on my penis and didn't wash my hands after touching the infection/virus. It's been 2 weeks and 4 days already and my penis looks healthy no rashes anywhere. The blisters brusted and formed a yellowish crust over. It was very hard to open my mouth wide because it'll just crack. Sometimes i even wake up with blood at the corner of my mouth. The scab usually turns white when i take a shower and can be easily ripped off which i try to aviod. The towel rips it off sometimes and the corner of my mouth starts to bleed again. I have no idea what these blisters where but it had gotten my very worried and upset. Although it's gone now and left a very red rashy looking skin i wonder if it'll ever come back and appear on the same corner again.

Extra details:

* I didn't feel any itching, tingling, burning, or other sensation around the (RIGHT) corner of my mouth a day before
* the blistered appeared 10 mins after i scratched the corner of my mouth and licked it
* crusted over (yellow color and brown)
* Very itchy the whole time, wasn't painful, there was swelling and burning
* It only appeared on the (Right side) corner of my mouth and no where else on my nose, chin or body.
* took around 2 weeks for the crust to fall off leaving very red skin under it.
* cracks every time i sleep at night or eat
* pillow needed to be changed
* happened during a really hot day in july

My Question 1 is: What could this be? is it because i was drooling at night/scratched it/constantly licked it? which formed blisters and an infection together?

My Question 2 is: How come i have nothing on my penis cause i masterbated touching the sore that day and even torn up penis skin (been 2 weeks and 4 days)

My Question 3 is: If it never comes back again does that mean it's not a cold sore?
