Can you have scabies and not itch from it?

is it possible to have scabies but be diagnosed with jock itch? I mean does a dotor need to use a magnifying glass to truly diagose? The reason i ask is i was recently diagnosed with "jock itch" but have coincedentallly gotten a pimple on the back of my knee. I am only asking cuz i've read that scabies are most likely found in th egroin area and on the backs of knees.

What medications were you prescribed? Are your symptoms responding to the treatment?
