Canker sore looking sores on base of shaft of penis

i have two small sores on the base of the shaft of my penis.  They are white-ish grey and have reddish/pinkish skin irritation around them.  I have also noticed that the skin appears to be peeling at the head of my penis and it is very dry and wrinkly.  I have included a picture of the sores on my penis.  I am really worried that it may be an STD like herpes or spyhilis. Can someone please help me out? I am kinda freaking out here...

From the symptoms it can be boils, infected hair follicles or herpes sores. If there is a history of unprotected intercourse then STD’s like lymphgranuloma venereum and syphilis chancre needs to be ruled out. I suggest you to consult a dermatologist.

Till that time, keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics.
