Capillaritis on sole of foot?

I have a known history of capillaritis on my legs.It has first appeared 2 years ago and now i only have one spot on my leg.Recently though , i have found a little red spot on the bottom of my left foot. This lesion on my sole seems to blanch a little but doesn't disappear completly.I find it a litlle weird as i know that lesions on sole of feet are quite dangerous. The lesion is about 5 mm is very small and has a cross -shape design and i noticed it 1 day after i played tennis.I don;t know if that has to do something about it.I ocasionaly wear high -heels.What do you think this can be?How serious can it be?Thank you.
