Cherry angioma

i have a Cherry angioma on my face its fairly small but i also have about 9 on each of my upper armsone which is pretty big and i also have one on my calf, i was just wondering if the one on my face has a chance of growing bigger? oh and by the way im 19, so i dont really think i should have these

Cherry angiomas are made up of clusters of tiny capillaries at the surface of the skin, forming a small round dome ("papule"), which may be flat topped.

When they first develop, they may be only a tenth of a millimeter in diameter and almost flat, appearing as small red dots. Please don’t worry as they are harmless. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
