Hi,
This is Kuntal. I got infected with Chicken pox 7 years back. I got 3 pores as a result in my face. I didn't apply any ointment that time.
Now, I want to remove them.
Is is possible now after 7 years to remove the pores with organic vitamin-E ointmrnts? I am ready to use the creams for 2-3 years. Will it prove fruitful. Will it at least reduce the pores?

Thanking you in advance,
Kuntal

Hello,
Fraxel laser is very effective in reducing chicken pox scars. Fraxel CO2 repair will probably just take 1 treatment while the Fraxel restore will take 3 to 5 treatments. Neither will make it go away completely so that the skin is absolutely clear but it will reduce the scars to a great extent. I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Hello,
The lesions of chicken pox are scars with post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. The treatment for hicken pox scars is tough but you can use various skin creams like hydroquinone, azelaic acid, corticosteroids, tretinoin cream and laser treatment.Apply hydroquinone cream on the scars and it should go away in a few days to months. If it still persists then you can go in for laser treatment, Chemical peeling or microdermabrasion. Avoid picking, harsh scrubbing, and abrasive treatments unless prescribed by a dermatologist during this period.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts.Kind regards.
