Chicken Pox Scabs Falling off

Hi,

I've had the chickenpox for about 7-8 days now, pretty much all the blisters/rashes have become scabs now on my face. But I did scratch 1 off and 3-4 others have fallen off accidentally (in the shower, while cleaning/drying my face etc). I am afraid that the ones that have fallen off will scar, what should I do, should I apply some cream or something to the ones that have fallen off or just wait?

Thanks!

Also, I have a lot in my hair, on my scalp, and unfortunately I think I have scratched a few off, anything I can do about this also?

I have stopped scratching, and its that not itchy anymore, so I just want to know what I should do to the scabs that I have scratched off and the ones that have accidentally fallen off.
