Chicken Pox Scars. Pls Help

Dear Doctor
I suffered from chicken pox 5 years back.But still Scars remained on my face.on forehead and cheeks.
Could u please tell me any permanant cure is there for these scars.i consulted a dermotologist here in india.he said there is no permanant cure for scars.Is that true. Pla help me in this.
