Chickenpox help

Hi I just got over my chickenpox and I don't know what to do. Most of the scabs have fallen off my chest and back but not my legs. I accidently took one off and my skin was lighter. Is it safe to take off the others? And what can I do to get rid of all the scars on my chest and arms which are lighter? Thank you.

Hello,
Please do not pick on the scabs of chicken pox and let them fall off on their own. Chicken pox can leave scars if picked, itched or messed around. Apply calamine lotion and do not pick them up.. If in any case it leaves scars then hydroquinone cream or creams containing vitamin E on the scars can be prescribed by a dermatologist.
I suggest you to consult a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
