Chin Rash

I had a few pimples on my chin about 2 months ago, which I picked at (I know that's bad), and it spread to all over my chin. Just yesterday it started looking very inflamed like an allergic reaction or skin rash with a bunch of red bumps on my chin. What kind of treatment -skin wash or lotion - do you recommend to reduce the angry-colored redness and inflammation?

I cannot confirm anything with examination but it can be perioral dermatitis. Perioral dermatitis is a chronic papulopustular and eczematous facial dermatitis.Treatment consists of oral antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs. A mild soap or soap substitute, such as Dove or Cetaphil should be used for washing. Scrubbing should be avoided.

If the symptoms are not controlled by topical antibiotics,then oral antibiotics may be needed.Pls consult your dermatologist and discuss this with them.
