Chronic itching and caluses in various places

For perhaps 15 yrs, I have had an ongoing problem.  Every doctor that I have told, looks at me, trying not to say 'you're crazy.'
The space between my two front teeth and the line that runs to connect to my lip itch constantly, non stop.  The same is true with a spot in the center of my head a 1/2 in from the front of my hair line, my belly button, under both finger nails on my middle fingers, the space between my middle and ring fingers, under both of my second toes and the space between my second and third toes.  My belly button has dry skin where it itches.  On my fingers and toes the places that itch are dry and grow calluses.  My toes are the worst, they are very dry and the calluses are spreading to under and over the second toes.  The dryness has spread o all of my toes.  The first thought is of course athlete’s  foot or another fungus...but why then do I have the same issue on my hands, belly button, mouth and scalp?  The part that I find most intriguing is that all of the spots are 'in the middle' of something (head, mouth, torso, hands, feet)
PLEASE HELP!
The dryness usually gets worse in the summer when shoes and socks are off.
I have tried anti-fungals, which work to a certain extent.  They make the top layer of dry skin go away, but don't solve the problem.  The latest doctor gave me some sort of a steroid, I guess for the 'over growth' or callusing.  It hasn't worked.
I am so sick of itching and having feet that I am embarrassed for people to see.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
One of the possibilities for your symptoms is atopic dermatitis or eczema skin. Eczema is a form of chronic dermatitis (rash).Allergic reaction is one of the important causes of eczema. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. You can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritin and see if it helps.

For mild-moderate eczema a weak steroid may be used whilst more severe cases require a higher-potency steroid which are available under prescription.

Eczema can be exacerbated by dryness of the skin. Use good quality moisturizers to prevent moisture loss from the skin. If still the symptoms do not improve then please get a clinical examination done by a dermatologist.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
