Circular patches on scalp not scaly, greyish in color.

What is this on my scalp and how do I get rid of it?
They don't itch. They also do not produce very thick scale, and there are more of them around different parts of my scalp, both large and small. Sometimes I also get these bumps, which you can see there. How can I get rid of this? What is it?
