Circular rash? on cheek

I posted several weeks back about this concern. In fact it's been almost a month, and no changes.
See previous post here:

Since that last posted question, I have had none of these red bumps "break out" into a full pimple. In fact, the bumps aren't even bumps anymore, they are almost like discoloration under the skin. They may be slightly raised, but only very subtly. I have decided to post about this again because Its been at least 3 months now ( A quarter of a year!) that i've had this circle of red dots on my cheek.

I've been washing my face, putting acne spot treatment on it, and I've been putting ketoconazole shampoo on it as well, as I had some of this from a previous instance of tinea versicolor.

What is this? What could be causing it? How can I treat it?

I have attached some photos so you can get a better idea of what it may be or what I could do. I am so desperate. It doesn't hurt and it isnt itchy, but I'm just concerned that something is wrong and I want to get it taken care of. I don't have health insurance because I couldn't afford it and had to drop it, so I'm afraid how much a visit will cost and the next open appointment isnt until October 2 1/2 months from now! By then I will have had this for almost half a year!

Thanks so much for your help and concern

Hello,
In my earlier post also I had mentioned about granuloma annulare and I suggest you to get a biopsy skin done from a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis. This has to be differentiated from granuloma faciale also. It also presents as plaques or papules on the face.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
