Clobetasol 0,5 mg/g

Hi everyone, I am from Brazil, and I would like to question about clobetasol put on face.
I've put clobetasol cream on my face for 6 consecutive days, on my both checks, and now I am 20 days without the cream, but my face is burning and red, exactly on the sites that I have put the cream.

My doctor said that I have a little atrophic skin on the region, I am not using antibiotics at the moment, just putting the cream prescribed by my doctor: rougeurs diffuses and lactrex.

My question is: Are those symptoms reversible? Are they permanent?
