Clubbed Nails

Dear Doctor,

I am 25 Year old healthy boy but have clubbed nails at both hand & legs finger.

I have never experianced any Pulmanary or heart disease. But in childhood had suffered severe jaundice.

Can you suggest any Tests or Diagnosis to find the root cause of Nails Clubbing.

Are there any treatment available for curing this typical problem?

I spoke 5 ciggarates a day does this also has any effect on nails clubbing?

did u ever find the cause of this..??..i was having chest pain...then i found out i have clubbing nails too i'm 23 now had chest pain when 22 mom also said when i was a kid i faited two times...don't know why...help please
