Cluster-like white tinted rash on Foreskin won't go away - Help with identification

Hello everyone, my first post here!

About a month ago I had sex with a girl (unprotected oral but protected intercourse) and after some days I firstly noticed that my penis had started to be particularly smelly. Small amounts of eczema were starting to building building up, even in times that it normally shouldn’t( that’s still the case more or less).

After a while I also noticed these whity rashes/patches. They feel slightly drier/harder than the rest of the area, they are barely noticeable if I don’t stretch the skin and I think that they kinda fluctuate in size. They’re so subtle in color and shape that these pics were the absolute best I could do. If you closely examine them (quality of pics is good, u can zoom) they seem like they are made from a cluster of tiny white bubbles. No pain at all, only occasional itch which feels like it’s coming from the tip of the penis though.

I’m frustrated cause usually I found answers through internet research (by looking similar pics/ condition descriptions etc.) but this time I really have no clue, besides that it might be a yeast infection(but I think that still doesn't explain these spots) Thank you in advance for your time and input =]

These spots you are showing dont really look like anything to worry about. But because you say that there is a smell and some itchiness that started after your penis came in contact with that girl's mouth bacterial and fungal colonies ( you know that we all have a very rich in microorganisms mouth ) a mild infection with a fungus or a bacteria could be causing the smell and these fade spots. Have you tried anything yet?  A mild antiseptic wash could help. Clotrimazole cream could be tried first and if it resolves the itch and the smell it should fade away these areas you re concerned with. Do that first and we ll see  how it goes because there is always a chance that a bacteria could be causing this and the smell as well and not a fungus. The whole thing is not particularly worrying at all. Good luck and let me know :)

this is called pearly penile papules. It is completely benign and lots of men have it. If it bothers you it can be removed with laser with a good dermatologist. i refer you to a wikipedia link
