Clusters of small spots on edge of foreskin

I have clusters of small pinky-white spots, very close to eachother (touching) around the very end of my foreskin (the part that is not exposed unless I pull it back) and one or two on the head itself, any idea what this could be? I've never had any form of sexual contact either. There are clusters of spots all around the edge of the tip of foreskin, but none out of the area where the foreskin is usually exposed.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These spots look like pearly penile papules which are a natural occurrence on the penis. They are multiple, small (about 1-3mm) papules running around the circumference of the crown of the glans penis.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

it also might be worth adding that they are not itchy or annoying in any way, other than the fact that they are there.
