Are cold sores always
- Bright red
- Scab and go yellow or hard scab like a cut
- always in a cluster
I got 1 big blister on my lip that ulcerated and disappeared in 48 hours. would this be a cold sore?

Sorry I have a picture of when it first came up , like a big blister then it ulcerated then became rough then cleared in 48 hours. not red or scabbed yellow or in cluster .
