Cold sore?

In november I notice two small hard bumps
Under my skin above my lip- this is not unusual. This happens often because of my lip gloss. Usually I squeeze out whatever is inside and go on with my day. Normally it heals or
Sometimes turns into a pimple. At Christmas one of the bumps closest to my lip became a pimple- or so I thought. It got big, but looked like a isn't pimple. I'll add I have never had a cold sore. I started to freak because it got huge. It didn't burst, didn't have a head and never oozed anything. It took about 3 weeks to heal, but even when it wasn't noticeable anymore I could still feel it under my skin. After a week of it not being visible, it came back. It didn't swell much but it was
Noticeable. So far it's almost healed but today I noticed its probably
Going to come back again like
Last time because i can still feel it under my skin. Does this sound like a cold sore? I have never had one, it didn't ooze, it didn't itch ad it didn't tingle. It was under my skin a month before. Help! What do you think?

I'll also note when I had the bump I squeezed out the hard pus from the secod bump and it
Healed fine.

In total I felt the bump under my ski for a month, when it "came to the surface" I have it for 4 weeks and it "healed" and came back after a week. So this is 2 months now. It is SO frustrating.
