what can cause these symptoms. some times raw skin lines on each side of the scrotum between the inner thighs and pus bump some time no pain. smell from the colin smells like decay. i seen 2 Dr's about this and had 2 blood test for stds

From the symptoms these raw skin lines can form due to friction rub between the thigh and scrotum. The pus filled bumps can be due to irritated hair follicles, boils or cysts. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.
