Concern for irritation on foreskin

A year ago, I had protected sex with a girl. A year later now, I have a monogamous relationship with a girl who had never had sex. Just recently, after having much sex and masturbating quite a bit, the foreskin of my penis has developed what looks like very tiny slits, as if they were caused with a razor blade. There are only six of them, and in one place. They hurt like hell when I get an erection. After moisturizing it for a day, it started to go away, after which I had sex and masturbated dry a couple times, and they came back a little worse.  It seems like I may have just rubbed it too hard and caused an abrasion, but I'm scared. There are also a couple of discoloration spots on the head.

From what I heard, you can contract syphilis or genital herpes from oral sex, which I had with the other girl.

My question:
1. Is there a possibility that I could have oral sex and protected intercourse one year and two months ago and just know start getting the sores of herpes/syphilis?

I'm getting my penis checked by a doctor soon. I will also be getting an STD test.

Hello,
From your symptoms it looks like chafing to me. Wash the areas with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.
