Concerned about white points

I have always had hair follicles along and around the shaft of my penis.  But recently (about 3 weeks ago and about 2 or 3 weeks after the condom broke while intercourse...), I noticed these very small, pin sized white points around the bottom 30% of my shaft.

Many have hair growing out of them, some are very thin, others more coarse.  Those I figure are indeed hair follicles.  However, the ones with no hair freak the living daylights out of me.  I am afraid that they are warts, and since they are on the shaft (dry area), I have read that they are more pin sized and not cauliflower like.  I am also circumsized.

Is it normal to have hair follicles with no hair in the above mentioned area?  could they be cysts? sebasceous glands or is it what I think they may be.

I have applied vinegar and they do not get more white, and no other area "lights up".  Finally, when I stretch my shaft, they show more, yet they are almost unrecognizable when I am fully erect.

These are cysts and therefore normal penile anatomy--you just noticed them at a significant time, which is why they're worrying you.  Next time you see your doctor, show them, so you can get definitive assurance.

Thanks Doc... But these do not seem to have anything in them (as in, something can be squeezed out of a cyst but not a wart).

Finally, they stand out more when I "compress" the shaft.  

They are very small, as in less than 1 mm, but are not rough and not really pointy, more flat.  Any ideas?

i have the same prob but i'm too scared to see a doctor about them? i might get an errection while shes touching my balls/penis and i'm too inbarest? plz help
