I'm honestly not sure. I assume you've had

Ketones - urine
Kidney - blood and urine flow
Lh urine test (home test)
Ph urine test culture tests to rule out urinary infection (that must be what the antibiotic

Bactrim pediatric was for.) Even if you've had urinary infections, they wouldn't explain the random pain sensations or the burning. The bumps and the itch on your husband's privates doen't sound like anything at all.
Is it possible you're just worrying about this more than you need to? I can't imagine any serious urinary condition you could have for a year and a half without being much sicker than you sound, and there's no skin problem I know of which gives symptoms like the ones you list.
I recmmend you get a thorough check from a dermatologist and an internist (regarding urinary infection), and if both of them say you're in the

Clear-atadine children's, then I'd just ignore the sensations, since they won't mean anything.
Take care.
