Constant itching

Breast constantly itching no rash or dry skin just itching

Common problem, on the breast or otherwise.  My advice is to moisturize with any lotion, and also get Sarna, an over-the-counter lotion containing camphor and menthol.  Apply that as needed, however often you wish.  can't overuse it.
