Contact Lenses

by concernedbetty, Apr 23, 2006 12:00AM
I was recently diagnosed with genital warts. I wear contact lenses so I am concerned that I may tranfer the virus to my eyes. Is this possible? If it is possible, is it common? Would you recommend that I stop wearing contact lenses?

No, you can't transfer them to your eyes, so you don't have to worry.  Lenses are fine.

Best.
