Controlling scalp psoriasis.

by SKY272, May 12, 2009 11:39AM
Can something be done to stop sclap psoriaiasis from spreading?
Note I developed two small patches a few months ago.  This is the first time I have had any skin or scalp problems.  I was told it may have been brought on by stress.  Since seeing a MD about this one of the spots has disappeared but the other one has gotten larger.

Like all types, the treatment for scalp psoriasis remains unsatisfactory.Coal tar shampoos help.My treatment revolves around external application of Flucort lotion for two weeks, gives good results.
