Could this be MOLLUSCUM CONTAGIOSUM or worse?

I had unprotected sex few days back with a girl I had been dating for past few months. The next day I was feeling feverish and had vomiting sensations also. Today i noticed that there are small pink and whitish-gray bumps on my penis. Looking at the pictures it look like MOLLUSCUM CONTAGIOSUM. Also I happen to have pearly penile papules but had read that they cause no harm. I am posting a picture. Please tell me if this is what i am suspecting it to be or something worse? And whether there are any home remedies since I wont be able to consult a doctor for few weeks as I am on constant travel due to work reasons.

The pearly penile papules can be seen on the foreskin but the bump in the first picture can be due to molluscum contagiosum. In adults, molluscum infections are often sexually transmitted and can transmit from one site to other skin sites by aoutoinocultaion. It presents as multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
