Creepy damp groin hot buttocks

Hello Im a 34 year old hetrosexual male,
For the last few months now I have experienced a damp slightly cold sensation around my scrotom and the base of my penis which overhangs the scrotom and normally gets to the point of making both my underwear and jeans feel humid. This feeling persists in hot or cold weather, rain or shine, inside or out, in bed, sitting, standing or walking even 5 min after a shower. I havent experimented any habitual changes like shower gel or underwear and generally have good hygiene habits.

I use cotton breathable underwear which becomes damp after 5min of trying a fresh pair and dont wear tight fitting clothes.
The area is a little red but shows no signs of flaking or iritated skin nor rashes. I have been in a solid relationship for a years now so discard any type of STD related problem.

On top of this I later began to feel a mild burning sensation between my buttocks which sometimes itches and has a really hot creeping feeling all day long as well as sweating too. I do have a couple of internal hemeroids but they have always come and gone with no worries using a cream and Ive never experienced the other symptoms in relation with them.

Ive been to the doctor but no joy and also tried using creams for jock-itch/ringworm/candida and other fungi + the talcs but to no avail.

Any help would be of great help.

Ian

Thanks for your responce but I dont think its hyperpidrosis nor sweat induced dermatitis as I generally sweat very little even in hot weather and the condition I have isnt very sweaty at all, just a bit. The main problen/concern is the damp slightly cold sensation around my scrotom and the base of my penis (this pary is almos always clammy).

One again, thank you very much.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be sweat induced dermatitis. Avoid wearing any tight clothes and continue wearing the cotton clothes. Other possibility is of excessive hyperpidrosis which may be secondary (as part of an underlying condition like Hyperthyroidism or similar endocrine diseases and dermatological conditions like eczema, psoriasis). Treatment usually involves antiperspirants like aluminium chloride (20-25%) in 70-90% alcohol, Iontophoresis, botox treatment and surgery if none of the above methods are helpful. There are no specific drugs available for this.
My sincere advice would be to consult a dermatologist.
Hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing. Kind regards.
