Cut on Penis, unbearable raw nerve pain, now also prosititis

42 year old male. Last November I tore the skin away from a segment of my incomplete circimcision during vigorious unprotected sex. I continued to use the penis socially as well as swim, work out, even though it was an open sore area. (FYI, yes, I am a clueless idiodt!)
In December (50 days after)I presented the penis with pain to my MD. They advised "do not touch" and ordered STD (all neg) IGM and IGG tests. Positive IGM indicated recent infection with ???. IGG's were .72 for type 1 and .06 for type 2. I have no history of leasions. I was prescribed Keflex for seven days which started to help, but ran out while I was overseas.
Pain continued to worsen, even as foreskin fragment finally heals. Multiple Doctors see no signs of desease on penis, although thereis plague and irritation on the erectile chambers inside. I was given supperssive Acylcovir due to the IGM reading. More Keflex as well as Colchasine and vitamin E for possible early peyronies symptoms.
The incomplete circumcision is blamed and was removed in June. At the time the novicane was injected into the penis I had seven days of normal life with the pain abated. Was given 5 days of Levequin to fight anything?
Penis pain has returned much worse. Can only sit for 1-2 hours. Much screaming "raw nerve" pain from penis. Pain is worst in the early evening, milder in morning. Stiches have not yet dissolved in penis. Healing "looks great" but the pain is worse than passing a kidney stone--I have a great life and kids but am contemplating self harm due to 24/7 agony.
Currently prostate is normal, no blood in urine. Could I have a staph, worts, herpes, yeast or mice under the skin or hiding in the urethea or ???
Where should I seek help in Los Angeles?? Urologists are on a different page with most of their cases elderly w/cancer. Could this by streph? cat scratch? Is it possible to image just a penis? Help.

I sympathize with your discomfort, but I really don't know what you have. I don't think you have herpes, but even if you do, that wouldn't explain your pain and other symptoms. The first person you should ask is the surgeon who put in those not-yet-dissolved sutures. If this is some sort of surgical complication, that's the place to start. Beyond that, I can hardly even guess, unless anxiety is turning mild discomfort into excruciating pain. First, though, you have to rule out physical causes. I never heard of a penis being permanently painful from trauma or surgery, so i don't think your situation will be permanent either.
