Cut penis while shaving

So as the title says I was shaving and I cut the shaft of my penis with an electric razor there are three cuts near the area where the shaft meets the pubic bone. I have TP on it and put neosporin on it. The bleedings stopped but it stings when I move the TP should i be worried? Kinda freaking out right now

Worried about what, exactly?
I did the same, and what I'm worried about is that the cuts are healing as trenches, with divots in the center and raised edges.  It is not flat like a normal cut on normal skin at all. It is very unsightly and a bit painful.
Is there anything I can do to mitigate this?

Yes Hydrogen peroxide will help to clean the wound when 1st inflicted. by now I am sure the cuts have started to heal and no more stings

Don't use Toilet Paper or tissues, better use proper bandages, or your clean cotton underwear shall do. Make sure the wound is clean, and you can use iodine which will help. It will sting a little like all skin cuts but if you keep your mind off of it you'll be fine in no time..
