Cuts on penis from sex

I had rather rough sex in a jacuzzi and now have small cuts or abrasions on my penis that are extremely slow to heal though they are. What can I do to speed up the process? I realize leaving it alone is logical and not having sex til it heals. What cream or ointment etc can I use to help besides neosporin and vitamin e/silicon as I have been applying both? Am I better served with a prescription cream, if so which?

Not much to do--in fact, the less you do, the faster it will heal.  I would advise neosporin once or twice a day and little else.  It should heal fine.
